Kids Yoga Classes

I teach in nurseries and schools covering all age groups. I offer a free taster session.

Teaching children yoga is so much fun, they absorb so much and are so free with their bodies. After having a baby and seeing the endless positive effects yoga has on me and my little one I decided to do my teachers training for him to enjoy even more yoga fun and to share my passion with as many families I can reach.

Freedom of movement, adventure, magic, and fun! These classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as encouraging a positive lifestyle and feeling of wellbeing from an early age.

Ages 1-3

This class is yoga in the purest form for the littlest ones and their parents/carers. Encouraging children to maintain their flexibility and strengthen their growing bodies as well as developing their sense of self and independence. Songs, music, puppets and sensory props are used to bring a sense of magic and fun to each class.

Ages 3-6

This class introduces children to yoga through imagination, movement, music and play. In a happy, nurturing environment children can develop strength, flexibility and co-ordination as well as encouraging a positive lifestyle and feeling of wellbeing from an early age. Sessions can be high energy or calm and relaxed.

Ages 7-10

This class develops childrens physical foundation and experience of yoga. In a happy trusting environment children can improve their sense of calm and relaxation as well as building confidence and self-esteem. Yoga together, acro-yoga and mindfulness with a touch of magic to make it fun for everyone.

Family Yoga

In a world where parents and children are so busy, family yoga provides a wonderful place to spend healthy, happy quality time together. In this session we do lots of group and partner poses as well as some acro fun. Its all about energy and for our bodies to feel alive and nurtured. We build communication skills and the connections we develop during a safe and relaxed atmosphere will go a long way in serving a family during stressful times.

*Parents and carers present are encouraged to participate to be part of the energy as well as bonding with your little ones.
