I love the way that Suzi trains me, she has a very natural way of making me feel at ease in our sessions and I find them fun and look forward to training. Suzi tailors a way to explain new exercises to learn to make it easier to remember, as I forget. Suzy has so much knowledge on nutrition and how the body works, so you get an education and learn so much about the body. The meditation at the end or the session is food for my soul, sets me up for a peaceful evening and my intention is set the week, as I feel regenerated and rejuvenated. Suzy is a true blessing and adds so much value to my life.

My 10-year-old daughter enormously enjoyed two individual yoga session with Suzy. She was very unsettled and the practice has helped her to find techniques to ground herself. I wish we could do it regularly! Suzy has an infectious positive spirit!
A little bit about me
I feel very lucky to have grown up in a household full of life and laughter. We had a garden, played outside and were always doing sports and activities as kids. This instilled a love for sports and movement from a young age and has been my key to a conscious path ever since.
